This Contract is for the protection of both the mare owner as well as the stallion owner.

Please complete in full and fees to be paid prior to the delivery of the mare.

 

*We offer a Live Foal Guarantee A live foal is one that is able to stand and nurse on its own in the

  First 72 hours after its birth. 

*Knowingly allowing twins to be carried by the mare Voids the LFG.

*If a live foal is not produced the stallion owner agrees to rebreed the mare the next yr.  With the recommendation

  That the mare be checked by a Vet prior to the second breeding attempt.

* If the mare does not carry a Live Foal to birth the 2^nd yr.  No further breeding will be attempted unless the mare

   is completely checked by a Reproduction Expert and deemed sound for breeding and carrying a live foal.

* Board for rebreeding will be paid by the mare owner.

 

CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTACT

1.       Mares that are not Halter broke will not be accepted.

2.        Stallion owner reserves the right to refuse to breed a mare that is in poor health or unsafe to handle.

3.        Try to have foals halter broke.

4.        The stallion owner will not be responsible for injury, illness and/or death to the mare and/or foal while

On the stallion owners property for breeding.

5.       The mare owner will not be responsible for accident, injury or illness to other horses on the stallion

Owners property including the stallion.

6.       In the event of an emergency the stallion owner will handle the emergency as if the horse were one of

Their own.

 

MARE OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY

1.          To complete this Contract in full and sign and date same.

2.         Will attest to the fact that the mare in question is in good health, in sound breeding condition and is free from any

Disease or infection.

3.          The mare must not have shoes on.

4.           Mare to have been wormed within past 30 days.
